Exam was easy i did it in 2 hrs and was wondering what to do with the rest of time, came out and am thinking why we think that we can't handle things when we actually can. Tomorrow is second one global environmental issues, an easy one.I am having tea -Indian tea, first i boil water and put basil leaves 4-5, then i grate ginger into it and add grided black pepper, to this i add sugar when ingrediants are boiling. Now in the end i put tea spoon of tea leaves(normal) and milk in the end. With this tea you never catch flu.
In the morning i have watm decoction of ginger and black pepper both anti oxidants with 1 spoon honey and 8-10 drops of fresh lime juice, it gives lots of energy.
Jasmine tea is another of my favourate just add hot water to jasmine tea and let it stay fr 10 minutes wow its so soothing, best is Darjeeling or Earl Grey with hot water no sugar no milk.
