Tired but happy

My heart is light as the clouds, sun is mild outside, we stay in hundred or more years old houses these were built by the Engish when they ruled India. There is some dispute so these are not pulled down and belong to Indian Government. These are big and with high ceilings so its cold in nights but out side the garden is pretty and i prefer to stay on mother earth any day than in high rises. Gravity too heals that is the reason animals never have heart attacks. When i get sick i put my arms around an ancient tree and tell him see you are so wise and ancient with so much energy just give me some energy and suck out my negative energy and i feel well very soon i kiss the thick tree bark and sometimes tears flow seeing its compassion try it some time friends these innocent creatures never disappoint you, bye fr now rina
