A good word to live by that should spur us to develop our gifts in ways that utilize them for the edification of others and the humble recognition of the gifts and opportunities that we have been given. Unfortunately, it is society and human nature that says these gifts are not for others; rather for our own betterment or advancement. So the gift becomes a means to achieve an end rather than a way to enjoy the moment that the creator has given us to enjoy.<br />I applaud your leadership by example in this area. You are teaching her to enjoy the arts for their intrinsic benefit.
